Nothing it was perfect

This hotel has clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds and great showers. the view from the distance is breathtaking, and the ceiling-high windows provide an excellent opportunity to enjoy it. the staff is kind and attentive, and the breakfast is good. the location is convenient if you need to cross the border to Panama or explore the nearby mountains and cities.

The walkway to the cabins is a bit uneven, which can be a bit dangerous when going down.

the lack of proper mosquito netting on the windows prevented us from opening them to enjoy the fresh mountain air without the presence of insects. While there were some negatives we experienced on our stay, I would still recommend this hotel for those looking for great food and comfortable beds in a convenient location.
